Muffin Oat
Oat muffin ni request dr my hubby n frezzzzzzzz.....almaklumla semuanya dlm proses nk kurangkan kolestrol...he3.....
cari2 punya cari jumpa kt fp madiha....tp elly xletak raisins...stok dh abis...mls nk p kedai....elly letak oat sahaja..so untuk sesiapa yg dlm proses nk mengurangkan kolestrol so boeh cb resepi ni....

Oat & Raisins Muffin
Ingredients
150gm flour
1 teaspn baking powder
50gm bran (I substituted with 50gm instant oat)
250ml evaporated milk ( I substituted with 250ml fresh milk)
25gm margarine
50gm castor sugar (I substituted with 45gm brown sugar)
1 egg (beaten slightly)
20gm black raisins (*elly xletak)
Pinch of salt
Instructions :
1. Soak instant oats in milk for 5 minutes.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
3. Hand beat margarine and sugar till creamy for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Add in egg and beat, mix well.
5. Add in oat mixture.
